About InboxAlarm

InboxAlarm exists because of a sentence every sender has heard: “but the ESP said delivered.” Delivered to the receiving server is not delivered to the inbox — and the gap between those two is where revenue quietly dies.

We built the watchdog we wanted as senders: something that watches SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blocklists around the clock, and tells you the moment something breaks — with the exact failing record named, not a raw error dump.

One rule governs everything we publish: only cite the Validity ~83.5% placement stat, with the source named. No testimonials, no “trusted by”, no customer counts. Every screenshot is of the real product or labeled illustrative.

What InboxAlarm is

  • An always-on watchdog for your sending domain's DNS plumbing
  • Alert-first: Slack/SMS/email the moment auth breaks or drift starts
  • Guided repair: alerts name the exact failing record
  • Honest about what it can't see — inconclusive is reported as inconclusive

What InboxAlarm is not

  • A one-time audit tool (that's the free checklist, not the product)
  • An ESP or list-warming service — it doesn't send mail
  • An enterprise governance platform (no SSO/SAML in v1)
  • A content or spam-word checker in v1
