These terms govern your use of InboxAlarm. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
InboxAlarm provides the software described on our features page, "as is", with the plans and limits on the pricing page. We may update features; material downgrades to paid plans come with notice.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials (including API keys) confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use: don+deliverability@lifeofmorr.com.
Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Overage and metered charges, where applicable, are billed in arrears. Cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of charge.
We target high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Credits, where a plan includes an SLA, are described on the pricing page and apply to future invoices only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxAlarm's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either side may terminate with notice. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
We'll post changes here with an updated date. Material changes get at least 14 days' notice by email.
